HoursHere

Hours here. On the lot.

A visit is time on the lot, plus optional miles. Nearby asks. You tap.

On the lot

I’m here starts a real timer. We never start a timer for you. Activity when you tap (maintenance, repairs, cleaning, showing, inspection, tenant meeting, other — Other needs a note). GPS when you allow it — corroboration, not a gate. Deny still starts the timer, with no GPS stamp.

Nearby

On app-open, if you’re within about 150m: “Are you at [property]?” I’m here (chips, then timer) or Not now (writes nothing). Overlap asks which property. Already on a visit asks to switch. Unanswered writes nothing. When In Use only. Not a push. Not Always-on geofencing.

The drive

Optional miles on the same visit, blank by default. If you enter miles, origin and dest. Lot-to-lot / business only — if you drove from home, leave miles empty. No commute toggle. Visit hours still count as participation.

Hours vs tests

750 is your live, wrapped timer hours across lots. An open clock is not in that bar. 50% stays unknown until you type other-work hours — visits never fill it to 100%. Per property: 100-hour and more-than-anyone, using others’ hours on that lot only. Empty others is Add others, not a win. We never say you qualify. Reconstructed hours stay labeled and off those bars.
